  How to ruin a business model 101! Hope the new business model is working for someone. The fast food concept has been transformed into slow food. Takes 5-10 minutes just to get a coffee. I don't go to places like McDonald's for a fine dining experience but rather to get in and out fast with reliable and safe food and beverage. Bravo McDonald's!

  When McDonald's came out with ice coffee I was so happy finally a reasonable priced ice coffee and it tasted good. Now I'm very disappointed. The first word in ice coffee is ICE!! Not pour hot coffee over ice and hope the ice cools the coffee no ice flavoring cream or milk the here's the kicker Cold coffee. Get back the your roots people. My reasonable price is getting lazy. Not impressed.
